SAASST on Amassi TV

The Sharjah Academy for Astronomy, Space Sciences, and Technology was showcased on Amassi TV show on Jul. 19, 2023. Prof. Ilias Fernini, the Director of the Space Sciences Department, and Ms. Noora Al-Ameri, a research assistant at the High Energy Astrophysics Laboratory, were the guests of the TV show for one hour.

HE Prof. Hamid Al-Naimiy, the Chancellor of the University of Sharjah and Director of the Academy, had an online intervention during the TV show. The whole program was about SAASST's achievements in light of Sharjah-Sat-1, the different research laboratories, and the high-profile publications in the International Astronomical Union (IAU), the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), and the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR).
